Unique 'Denmark Style Digester Tank' is the most successful product of Schumann Tank. This type of product is installed with mixed structures, whose volume can be up to 20000 cubic meters (1:1 dimension, product can be designed up to 10000 cubic meters). More than 90% of our vertical mixed digester tanks are based on composite material structure. The gas area, tank upper area and top plates of 'Denmark Digester Tank' are made by stainless steel. The liquid and middle area are protected by carbon steel coated with temporary KTL anti-corrosion materials. All outside reinforced structures, like the turning angle and tank top structures, are hot-dip zinc galvanized. This type of digester tanks have been demonstrated as the economical substitute of products made by other technology or materials, like expoy-resin, enamel, stainless steel, welded steel or concrete.
